Mr. Suraj Ponniah has worked as a SAP Consultant for the past four years. Formerly a SAP Sr. FICO Functional Consultant at LT Business Solutions, his experience involves roles at many different multinational companies.

Mr. Kavin Xavier started CapeStart in 2013 with the goal of fulfilling his entrepreneurship dreams. His industrial career started out as a Software Engineer at RedEgg Infoexpert, during which he got promoted to the position of Project Lead. His software skills and managerial skills have helped advance CapeStart as a high growth company in Nagercoil, servicing numerous clients in USA.

Mr. Bright Reginold heads the Department of Management Studies at St. Xavier's Catholic College of Engineering. Formerly, he also served as Placement Officer in the Placement Cell of the college for three years during which he organized many training programs and on/off campus placement drives for the engineering students. He is well experienced in Quality Management and Operations Management and has seven years of Industrial Experience.

Mr. Edward Smith has been Managing Director at CapeStart. Previously the Managing Director at RedEgg InfoExpert and Director at NASDAQ OMX since the NASDAQ acquisition of Thomson Reuters' Corporate Services unit, he is currently the Managing Trustee of the Oliver G Foundation. In addition to these roles, he is a Martial Arts Black-Belt holder and a member of the Kennel Club of Nagercoil.
